ed: and I don't have main coach yet. my team is old [24+] so there's no sense, I spend money on stadium now, and keep money for buying a good coach when I promote players from ys

what skills and in what order defs/cms/wings/strikers need?

just took a glance at TL, there are some insanse coaches, many 7+(general skill) level

perfect coach for ATT training

Not realy, strikers need pace instead of heading:)

combine with another coach that has pace. plus i use a winger for instance and my strikers head quite often so raising the heading skills is rather good imho

afaik it has not been specified yet wether strikers can make use of that skill or not.
