Anyone able to tell me how to promote a youth ? the "promote" button is greyed out

after 18 weeks you will able to promote

when will be that new hiring system of trainer working ??

i have players at 18 weeks mate - still cant get them into my team

He should finish all 18 weeks in young school. at 19 weeks he will join to you main team

Do the juniors join automatically into main team or can we keep them into junior's team for more weeks ? If we can keep'em, how many weeks can we keep them at max into junior's school please ?

you can keep them in the youth school more than 18 weeks but they won't get more training
