the "finish" he gets at my senior team ;-)

i hate slow defmid ^^

Your losing quite some training by giving him tackling. It's obviously training slower than the MIO stats. If you want him to become a defmid, then you should train his tackling in the senior squad, where secondaries train as fast as primaries
