Oh, this one is rather innocent :P

Two locations, (Puerto Williams , Chile, and Usuahia, Argentina) claim to be the "most southern city in the world". No more than a Guinness record, but still people like to have it :P
The thing is Puerto Williams is indeed further South than Usuahia. So, Argentinians use a counter-argument: it is not a "city", so it is the most southern "place", not city. At the time the (friendly) dispute begun, Puerto Williams was really a small location with barely some places to anchor boats and that's it, but it has grown (a little :P) since then. Still, we claim that, in Argentina, a place is called town ("pueblo") when its population is below 10.000, and city ("ciudad") from 10.000 onwards, and refuse to give Puerto Williams that status :P
