Puerto Williams, have city status, even, they haves his own municipality, administration as city, and Chile´s recognition (as city, of course).

anyway, if it´s not sufficent, Argentina and Chile have signed a agreement about this, in 1998 (if I remember)

You are right, that there are extremists in Hungary as well, but they are not (and hopefuly will be not) in the Government.
