I know a lot about Slovenia, for example even if polish capital city have almost the same number of people as slovenia you have very good national teams in football and basketball (better than polish last year) and and not bad handball and ice hockey teams, talented skiers also ;p

Do you say for our "ll"?

Well, I think makedonija and slovenija are the most pacefull. I said "almost" for dont run the risk of miss.

Although I though slovenians with hrvatians :D have problems with adriatic zones. Anyway, I think it is not a real problem.

yes that's true...if a croat reads this (please no offense cuz i will not be offensive to):
the problem is that ''we'' are fighting for a small peas of the sea (because the borders weren't defined while we were one-in yugoslavia). and the fact is that both sides won't give it up (what's completely logical), and both sides have their arguments. the second problem is that we are both nationalists, but the croats are übernationalists :) and the fight wasn't started with the problem of adriatic sea but has been there since the independence war. my opinion is nobody will have a huge profit of this region (whoever will get it - i won't start with how much sea you already got ect. :P) and i just want that sh*t to be solved because i really want that we could be friends...we were one (brothers) -> now we are rivals or whatever. don't blame the government but you to because you believe everything that they say. i really hope this will end with us, younger citizens of both countries :)

i dont understand, i was many times in croatia, always near to sea from Rijeka to Dubrovnik (zadar, šibenik, split, makarska, ..) why do they care about such small area for them if nothing is there .
this is so pointless
2010-01-06 15:57:07
none taken....what you have said I agree with you, and what is in public about any confrotation its only on political level not betwen two nations....

i think they have nothing better to do so they are dragging this issue from 91 till now and its annoying for all of us...like Cevap said its ridicilious about size of land thats being argued
2010-01-06 16:15:47
and for example...why aren't we arguing with italy for Trieste/Trst (they have taken it from us in WWI and the partisans occupied it back in WWII but we haven't got it back :/ - Versailles ect.)...if the problem would be the land...i think the problem is more that the war has left too deep scars and the musted find something new to argue about...

and for all skeptics i am a slovenian...born and raised by slovenians in slovenia xD
