About the Seribia- Little russians.
Those countries have a lot of similarities.
Both are slavish, orthodox, both countries have good relationships and have lost their empires (for the lack of a better word)
Serbia had Yugoslavia, Russia had USSR. Both dissolved, luckily for us, the USSR dissolved quite peacefully.
Due to the fact that neither russians or serbs were very nice to their "vassals"... (I dont have to write more about that, I hope)

Also, you have one of the most potent militaries in Eastern europe, with Leopard 2 A4 tanks, F-16 fighters and Patria AMV-s (+ lots of other stuff), also no conscription (or you were abolishing it, dont remember).
Adding on, then your president just died, while being on your goverments jet. (Tu-154, now you have just 1 left) (He was flying there to honour the victims of the Katõn massacre)

I'm not a fan of Heineken eighter, but it's worldwide 1 of the most famous foreign beerbrand and the world's third-largest brewer of beer, after Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller (wiki) ;) I'm happy with this Dutch multinational :)
