Morsey [del] to All
Here we can talk about gruesome and spineless injuries that you have had or has happened in the World.

I'll start, not a gruesome one but blinkin' painfull. I've done something to my ankle when i was warming up for a rugby match, maybe ligament damage or strain, but it is killing me, i have had to limp everywhere. I guess playing the match hardly helped. :)

I've broken my big toe when I was doing a kick in Taekwando. That was kind of funny + it really hurt a lot :-)

Well what can you do? Sometimes only a laughter can make the pain go away... ;-)

I've done 32 years of Judo at international levels and escaped all without injury.
Went back for a training session with my childhood coach and a (relative) beginner though an older man, panicked and did my knee in.
I had one operation 3 years ago and apparently it wasn't too successful. I need to have another one soon, after I do another MRI and then probably they'll have to take ligaments from another part of my thigh and recreate the torn strap/ligament in my knee.
It's absolutely awful and I'm gutted because I can't even dance properly. Last time I tried to dance in a wedding of a friend and I collapsed on the dance floor and I could almost hear people think that I was just a drunk. :((

Ouch...I also have problem with my knee, though it is not as bad as yours...

My kneecap is moving laterally, so basically I can hardly walk after playing footie for 2 hours/strolling for 3-4 hours. Sometimes even an hour walk is enough to make me full strong pain...
It's because of this movement of kneecap, it shouldn't move a lot...because of the movement some of my ligaments, muscles etc. get used more than the rest + the leg isn't properly balanced. Plus one minor problem with same knee, but don't even remember the name for it in Polish ;-)

Oh, and ankle problem. While playing voleyball I made a successful block, but landed so bad that my joint capsule has broken. It's hard to explain, basically I landed on the right side of my foot...it's ok now, though I need to make one little bad step with the right foot and I feel the pain, my ankle is very weak because of this injury...sometimes it's even enough to kick the ball hard to get pain :/
