Subject: Sports Injuries

i done the exact same thing with my ankle!

it was a fight in school, i KO'ed a wall with a diving kick (i dont know why ;) and landed on the right side of the foot agony indeed

Is hurt...certainly not :)

I have fractured a finger in the left hand playing volleyball less than for 3 weeks. The most amusing thing is that it injures me and we didn't still begin to play XD

me too, but in the right hand. i was playing in the last male team of my city. after my generation... volleyball died in cordoba

now, i have a strong ankle sprain. since june i cannot play anykind of sport (except wii xDD) and i have to wait untill next month. with a bit of bad luck, maybe i would have a fracture. but i was lucky :P

My Injuries in last 6 months

-Ankle Twist
-Hamstring pull
-Awekward Knee
-Burnt myself
-Left rib pains
-Problem with ear (causing ear/jaw pains)


Oddly enough, only the ankle injury happened when doing sports, odd that is :)

don't ask me how i did it. it just happened :p

Bruised bone in my toe playing football in friends back garden. Went in for ball, twisted awkwardly and (there were 3 of us) one person's foot crunched down (using their heel) on my twisting foot. It blummin hurt. I couldn't walk properly for 3 days and while I was at their house got around on an office chair!

had more than my fair share !!!

damaged ligaments in my left knee playing football , couldnt play for 15 months

damaged the tendons and ligaments in my right hand in a fall at work - that was agony :(

done in my achilles tendon in my right ankle - fookin agony - i wish that on no man !

starined the ligaments in my right ankle - no football for 4 months with that one

im retired now thankfully lol

oh and how could i forget my current ailment :(

day before i went on summer holidays this year i twisted my hip against the motor of my machine at work - still getting pain from it yet and that was 5 months ago

doc says its ligament related ( again , surprise,surprise) lol

I shattered my nose so badly when someone landed on my face with their knee at judo that I have a synthetic zygomatic bone (or the bit that sticks out of the skulls nose cavity, don't know exactly what its called.)

I've fallen from a tree and landed on the wooded fence, and ended up with a broken ankle...that was 16 years ago and it still hurts :(
