as a sportsman a can't like chelski but
maybe i can keep some respect.

A last tip for mourinho: "sports is winning and loosing"

Arsenal 2003/2004 was even better, unbeaten, the untouchables ;)

Do you think that Mourinho killed himself when they lost to Fulham, Middlesbrough and Barcelona ? No.
Though I cannot deny that one of Jose's hobbies is winning ;)

An average premiership team doesn't finish at least 6th season after season...

Chelsea were actually in dire financial trouble shortly before Abromovich took over, and would, I suspect, done a Leeds given another few years.

How much does a star player make in the european football leagues?
2006-04-20 19:06:58
Too much.

£100k a week+ for some easily. Then you have other players who get sponsorship etc on top of that.

Trying to compare them with US sports stars who can make 20M / year (plus sponsorship stuff too)
2006-04-20 19:33:21
Star players usually make more than 100K $ per week.
That makes about 5.76M $ a year (I took 120K as the weekly wage), but some make 8M $ per year (there's always some extra money to the basic salary)

:(

Damn, 1-1 between Arsenal - Tottenham :(
2006-04-22 16:58:36
But we go:) Pattison is good style playing. I like this style. How long they play in the first eleven?

Yes, unfortunately the most important players (Henry, Fabregas) started on the bench. Then Henry equalised but Arsenal couldn't take the lead, so "Tottenham Hotspur remain four points clear of Arsenal in the race for fourth place in the Barclays Premiership after a heated north London derby at Highbury."- www.premierleague.com

That was bullshit sportsmanship by the SPURS! Eboue and Gilberto clashed together and went down in pain.. they were on the ground... but they tottenham players didn't kick theball into touch to let them get up and recover.. they just played on... Read espn if u want to know more.

Agree! The Tottenham-goal should be cancelled!! Emmanuel Eboue and Gilberto crashed together and went down on the pitch in pain.. They should kicked the ball out, unfairly played! :@
