very bad refrees!!! 3rd Russian goal after dirty faul of Ovechkin on Jagr, it was faul for penalty to the end the match!!! Who say that canadians (lumberjacks) refrees are the best in the world?? Mr. refree it was ELBOWING on the head!!!

Imho referees were good. Russia better than us but not gods. Bad perfomance by us but we will improve.

It's a miracle how few suspensions are given looking at how many cross-checking, holding and whatsoever is happening there.
Imho the referees have been adviced to punish as few as possible to make the games more "entertaining" for the fans.

But PP can make the game more 'entertaining'.

How many medals do you expect your country to get?

I'm hoping for:
2 from nordic combined
1 from ski jumping
6 from cross country skiing
1 from alpine skiing
1 from snowboarding
2 from ice hockey

So that makes 13 medals, and hopefully some of them golden ones.. :)

Quite many... ;)

I still feel we'll get at least the medal from alpine skiing and one from ice hockey. Skijumping.. well, we'll see today. Nordic combined is possible, but our skiers suck big time in these games. Maybe a bronze from women's 4x5 km and that's it. So 7 medals is still possible. Allthough I doubt even that.

Unexpected but very nice! :D Hopefully 1 more tonight, 1500m women.

You mean 70!? What a boring sport is that, and 101 different kind of races ... With or without a gun, just as boring and way to much on tv.

Biatlon is a great sport to see on TV. Only we Dutch don't know that sport to well. I did see it many times because I have a lot of free time in winter.

I did like the mass start biatlon race.

How do you guys have so good speed skaters? Where they come from?:) Not a fan of that sports though, have watched it only once.
