they have great swiming team, great ppl in athletics (even won some OG medals in relay's), and more sports that are not that "popular" in croatia

depend's which of rakija's :D. but i liked zubrowka cause it's "drinkable" and you can drink a lot of it before you notice it struck you.

yes :) my friends outside my home know who is vice pres. of handball federation better than man who watching for years handball and someone pays him salary for talking really but as can you see he made mistake and I checked it, now I know what is the truth

i have huge database of sportresults somewhere in disk (mostly of former YU countries) and i am sure that poland would have more medals on big championships, i can elaborate in croatian.
it is hard to say which sport is more popular
i.e. waterpolo practicly don't exist in poland and it's one of our most popular sports. similat with some others, like light atheltics, boxing (amateur), swiming, ski jumping, biathlon...
we are better in team sports (men), they are better in women team sport. although we have some great athletes (kostelic, vlasic) they have even more, what is "normal" if we know that poland has 40m and we have 4m population (and they invest lot of money in sport). same situation is with romania. they have great results but not in sports that are "popular" in croatia so we just don't know for them, but they won lot of medals on olympics.

but croatia is in top 10 if you take in consideration won olympic medals and size of population!!!! :D

Yes, we have very strong team. Iceland, France and Croatia are with out the 3 strongest team in the world now. And there is a lot of strong players outside the squad. Plus the team is young.

About Polland - Croatia, they must be joking that Croatia won on the ref!!! It was one of the best performance of the ref in the tournament!

Austria was big surprise, I know that Dagur is a good coach but even so. Czech rep must be unhappy like Sweden and Germany. Danmark have good team like Spain. All over it was one the best quality for long time in this torunament.
