For if you are interested I put the link in the game in question can be a manager, player (choose one position and you believe your player and train in the skills q deem appropriate, and looking for equipment) and journalist
Only takes 1 min per day to enter and to train your player, except Wednesdays and Sundays teneis q for 1 hour party (not required but recommended to be taking the "decisions" in the field and with the manager and coordinarte colleagues). The field is kind sheets.
I leave a couple of links, one from a game day tutorial (in English), one of the skills to train and play (it's Swedish but there are many leagues, in Spain we are few)

You can't use google translator, it just sucks, but when your spanish isn't correct its suck even more...

ok well im an avid sokker user. anyone who is on here and active. there are games on FI around the clock you can pick a league to suit your needs.
in terms of sokker time.
21:45 im assistant managing a team that play at that time. matches are 30 minutes per half. a bit of fun. 10 minute break in between (so 1hour 10 minutes play) 2 games per week wednesdays and sundays.
we need a few active users so if you want, drop me a pm and we can chat and ill find out what positions are open in our team.
there are lots of teams and its quite fun to play when you get into it.
you will need a broadband connection of 0.5Mb/s to play though (50kb/s download is fine)

we currently have about 5 of the english speaking part of the irish community playing it. and there is only about 10 actives there so its not bad. i reckon the game is going to take off pretty big time so its good to have a decent charachter by then.

it would be fun to get a team of people from sokker manager. the current team only has 4 players. so we need 6 more and then maybe a few subs too just incase you are away some week or someone else is away etc.

as for the comments about lag. yeah it was an issue soemtimes is around game times when there are lots online, but its improving and the fun to be had makes up for it :)

we need right now one Central Defender and 2 Side Defenders. (called side defender instead of left or right back because you can play any side) :)
to describe the game i would say football manager where you control an individual dot and chat to all the others while playing either via teamspeak (like skype) or just type if you cant or are not bothered doing it
