the guy who directed that abomination just became my favorite director.
If you can motivate your actors well enough to act their arses through several combat scenes with a PVCpipe bazooka that makes the sound of someone pulling his finger from the inside of his cheeks, you can lead an army something stupid into doing something badass they normally wouldn't do. (watching this vid has rid me of all my jokes)
Special props also to the dramatic editing right before our hero beats in that wooden wall, the guy fighting 'rambo' on the stairs, the state of Quebec, the person responsible for all the costumes - esp. that costume of the french secret service somewhere in the middle, the guy who originally gave turkish soldiers two-barelled hunting rifles in their standard equipment (really some stuff you can't make up, it hás to be real), and "Rambo's" left and right eyebrow

Agreed, apart from Jason Statham. He was superb in both Stock, Lock, And 2 Smoking Barrels and Snatch.
actually, vin diesel is not a bad actor. He just plays in really really simple movies.
Jason Statham always plays in films which show an uncredible amount of blood or which plot is as irrational as... No, there is no word to describe that.
