hope none of our sokker chilean friends were injured in this terrible tragedy.

scene is terrible over here, earthquake was indeed quite hard, very powerful, and extremely long (almost 4 minutes from very beginning), plus, aftershocks have been heavy aswell.. luckily we are somewhat prepared, if not, we could have had millions of deaths :S

most affected areas are near curicó, talca and concepcion, and all of the coastal edge, which was whipped away from several tsunamis...

thanks again and please keep praying to the god that you prefer for all the damaged ones :(

Here in Brazil some people in South region and São Paulo perceived the earthquake, but can't compare to the terrible situation in Chile.

No words can describe this feeling. I can only say to all Chilean friends in Sokker to keep strong! We're with you!

The situation in Chile is getting better, unfortunely more than 700 people are dead...
there's a lot of devastiation, specially in the south of Chile (Maule and Bío Bío).

Best wishes to Chile and all it's people. An earthquake of that magnitude is outrageous. My heart goes out to all those affected.

i don't see how you can laugh at such a disaster - you are the lucky one that you weren't injured.
