Subject: Golf !!!

sorry for whining in your topic:P.. but I agree, I guess it is more like a local problem indeed.. In Finland it is pretty popular sport despite the shitty weather.. we just don´t have any golf culture here.. though the sport seems to be popularising..

Even in Slovakia so. Golf was under communism pushed into the background and has almost no tradition here. And I can only regret, because I got him to 21 years old how. But thankfully, even this. In other countries, children begin playing as well as 5 years. But my golf completely overwhelm my training basically 5x per week. I am a champion of our club and here I was skimpy for a very improved. And it's a great feeling

i love golf , i aint very good but i still play anyway !

last year i played more often and got my average score down from 110 to 95 , that was just by buying new clubs and trying differnent things on the course ( my local is £10 for 18 holes )

i have the slazenger K1 Driver and 3 wood and i use maxfli irons ( a birthday gift ) my aim this year is to get my score down to about an average of 88 or 90 and if i can manage that i will be a happy lad !

ps , i got an awful slice when i drive and im trying everything to fix it without too much joy - anyone got any tips ?

at my works annual golf event last year i managed 4th , and i hit 1 good drive all day , on the 18th ! lol it was just over 300 yards , so i know that when i dont slice it i can get really good distance from the tee

LOL I've got the same problem, I normally drive 270-300 something I just slice them all over the place.
