well i got also one from my company, but i use it only because it has NFC, otherwise it's too complicated :D
I'm following the rumours about the 4G that's coming out in June. I haven't read a single thing about Flash included, only that they are working very hard to get HTML5 standarised on websites.
well there has to be changes which make people want to upgrade to the 4th gen version..otherwise people buy the 3gs and upgrade the firmware making it the same phone...
my guess is flash, apparently its going to be bigger screen (that would be upgradeable in firmware anyway on 3Gs i guess), and lots of hardware upgrades..maybe camera improvement to 5Mp or a vga camera on front for skype compatability...probably 32Gb be standard and then 50-100Gb bigger versions

just keeping updated there now on the 4G seems the following are probable
the new features will be:
1. HD Screen and at least LED backlit if not OLED. This will go a long way to increasing battery life also which is a major deal.
2. Multitasking - This would require a new processor which should be faster too.
3. 5MP camera. Possibly with flash.
4. Front facing camera
The new screen alone will be worth it.
As for making your 3GS obsolete??! Not a chance. I'm sure the 3GS will be able to update to any 4.0 software also.

the best phone in the world, i don't have it, i have a Motorola Android which is almost as good but not quite. if you have any arguments, research it. I'm getting it as soon as it comes to my network

Why you need such an mobile ? Even with Nokia 5110 you can phone and send sms.

they are very close, if you compare them, its really is up to the user: personally, i like nexus one better because is has the scroll ball and the corners are rounded, the hd2 is a little too big. and im not a fan of windows mobile, android is a lot better.
