Wow, I would say congrats Turkey, but I guess you have done enough congratulating of yourselves already.

Sorry Serbia, you are my semi-adopted country and I was pulling for you. It was a good effort and a great tournament.

I think we deserved to honour with our team . We did 8/8 and most of team we won are really stronger .

Yes, that's true, I shouldn't rain on your parade. You've done very well, congrats.

Turkey will win, when Hedo Turkoglu throws a three pointer in last second 84-82 with support of they fans.

I think Turkey vs USA is the perfect final and more ideal would be if USA crushes them by 20+ points. 16000 will be cheering for Turkey and will whistle, blow their horns, when USA gets the ball. What would be more motivating than this. USA must win, they are the best and everything is correct on this planet when they will win.

For me it´s bit surprising that USA made it to the final. They have 6 players who were born in 1988, Turkey has none. USA has young team and all teams have one advantage that USA doesn`t have. As a team they are better, because they have played years together. They have new line-up for every tournament. Is it surprise that Turkey is in the final? For me no. Tournament is being played at their home, so it´s logial they have given 100% for prepearing. And if you look at their roster, then no surprise there.

Shame about the Lithuanians and Serbs. Hopefully it will be an interesting 3rd place match. Serbia had great game about 35 minutes. Teodosic made some stupid shots in the end. Until that he had been perfect. For some reason I blame him for losing. He lost his head.

surprised that no one commented on that, but last 6 minutes decisions were absolutely every one for home team.

there is another reason why our players so high motivated. Our coach Tanjevic has Colorectal cancer and he wanted be with team instead of getting chemo. I hope players will give him the cup as present. But if we lost. this wont be ending of the world. to reach final is also a success.

why ? my team lost match with serbia in 1/8, so I had no emotions in that match...that is why I'm more realistic than you.

actually turkey was playing quite badly yesterday, but somehow they were successful in not falling back for a big point difference or to say it the other way round serbia wasn't able to extent their lead.
But anyway serbia looked very cool and unimpressed by the crowd until the final moments of the last quarter, were things became really close. Even Teodosic (he made an amazing match!) lost his patience and missed lot of his shots, and I guess that was the point where the turkey just used their home advantage and grabbed the win.

But I can't understand it that people claim that the referees helped turkey to win. The only action which wasn't that clear imho was the foul on asik. The replay showed that he was hit in the eye but from the point of view of an audience you can't judge if he could have continued playing or not.

To sum it up serbia could have made it more easy if they had extended their lead in the first quaters where turkey wasn't totaly in the game, but somehow they didn't.

And looking for the final its pretty sure that usa is that favorite. If turkey doesn't get a good start like yesterday than the usa is surly going to run away...But anyway I hope that turkey will be able to keep it close and that its going to be a close and entertaining game :))
