I would like to think he speaks with the demeanour of Stephen Fry and the intelligence of Stephen Hawking when he's speaking Greek, and it is all just bad translation.
I don't think that is the case, and suspect he is young and/or immature and spouting the stuff that usually departs from the rear end of mammals.

I Signed a contract of ONLY 48 hours a week.
I 'm lucky, as 80% of my year works longer. Contract says 48 weekly up to 60, but with extra (forced) contract, it's 60 hours weekly up to 72...
You don't have to, you choose for it (I know you are a doctor).

Not correct.
The law says it's a 48 hours a week up to 60, with extra contract (payed) 60 up to 72.
It is stated in the law.
And it is forced too, as the people deciding it, are also the people deciding if you get the specialist diploma.
Like in: "If you don't sign the extra contract, you won't get the diploma."
There is a lot of commotion about this. We indeed don't nee to sign the extra contract, but then again. Even with normal contract, it can go up to 60 hours a week.
edit: and that is theory. In practice, work hours are longer. Most of assistants don't dare to say anything about the long hours, and write down they didn't work that long.
Ie: they work from 7 to 22h, but write down they worked from 8 to 18...

memories when slovakia was a fascist state which existed from 14 March 1939 to 8 May 1945 as a puppet state of Nazi Germany.
when Tiso sent a telegram (which had actually been composed the previous day in Berlin) asking the Reich to take over the protection of the newly minted state.

On 29 August 1944, 60,000 Slovak troops and 18,000 partisans, organized by various underground groups and the Czechoslovak government-in-exile, rose up against the Nazis. The insurrection later became known as the Slovak National Uprising. Slovakia was devastated by the fierce German counter-offensive and occupation, but the guerrilla warfare continued even after the end of organized resistance. Although ultimately quelled by the German forces, the uprising was an important historical reference point for the Slovak people. It allowed them to end the war as a nation which had contributed to the Allied victory.
I will explain it. After WWII started Hitler give ultimate to Slovakia, to president Tiso. He gave us choice, he can attack and divide our country between Hungary and Poland or we will "capitulate" and listen to him. So it was not voluntary choice. But Slovak people was never helpful with Germans, we was helpful to soviet union and its troops (so later USSR occupation was really very sad for us)
Our soldiers was very good pilots in UK army (they emigrate from SVK) and also they were fighting in France or Ussr troops against Hitler.
Of course, there were some pigs who like Hitler and his SS troops, but they were in minority.
So the most important is last sentence of first paragraph :-) =

And we have so much streets called as Slovak national uprising - SNP :)
WW2 was not our war and stonger, much stronger counties were not able stop hitler so there was not reason to fight in war with our "army", we were able fight agaisnt evil just in form of small rebelions and finally national uprising, this is maybe reason Why I understand terrorists (they are not able to fight in war too, they dont have real army and guns)
