about greek people:

saying they are responsible of their goverment is totally illogical


the members of the goverments are the responsible of theirselves, as their wage is according to a leader position---> you earn more, your responsible is bigger

claiming people responsible of their votes would be logical only in an assambleary democracy, where every medium to big dessition are chosen by referendum

Well, whatever debt and expenditures your government made, you are responsible for them, so you'll have to pay them. So the Greek are responsible for the financial mess their country is in right now.

And I use 'financially responsible' and not 'responsible' because for instance the people from the Soviet Union were not responsible for the deaths Stalin made.

I think what means Rubinho is about the Rights and Duties (i hope Google is good enough for translations :-)...)... Being responsible here is relied to have a duty to... Thus any greek has the duty to all other greek citizens.
