so here in Moldova average salary is about 100$ and pension around 40-50$ :|

here VAT is 20% :)

And what is the average salary in your capital?
for example in Ukraine in Kyjev they have salary much more then in my capital, but out of Kijev is salary like in your country.

We should also remember, that the prices of food, beverege etc. are very connected with average salary. For example Warsaw has the highest av. salary in the whole country, and many people get angry with it, complaining etc., but they forget, or maybe don't know, how much you have to pay to buy an appartment, or how much you spend for food, beverege, restaurants etc.
