yes, but that hand ball nullifies all the goodness. A cheat is what he is, giving himself and his country a bad name for it, similarly to henry and france, but the french have come out with a lot of credit for the way they reacted.

The French will not get to the semi finals

perhaps.. but the ball is round. we never know what would have come as a result of one match 'till the ref blow his final whistle.. that's why we call it prediction. unless you already know what the result are because you bribe all the opponents on your way to the title.. :p

just like someone already said in this forum before, who had expected that south korea will slam italy face in 2002world cup? and not just italy. they beat spain and portugal as well.. or greece who become so unexpected and march their way up to the title of european cup.. so, france go to the semifinal, there's still a chance for them to make it.. and we call it a prediction :)

Still no-one is backing Portugal. Considering Serbia have got 2 votes you'd have expected them to get at least 1.

i guess no one wants to see C. Ronaldo as world champ :)

I know I don't. I always enjoy seeing him cry when Portugal get knocked out.
