Subject: World Cup Predictions

I really don't like Özil, he is good, but i don't like him. I think he 'll leave Bremen after WC. Marin will do the same in 1-2 years, if he develops as fast as Özil did and Bremen is well known for developing talents like them. I really like Kroos and think that he 'll be the next big thing in the german midfield. He simply got everything a centre midfielder needs.
As long as i see Hamburg again behind Bremen, everything is fine with my "stinky green goggles"! Don't you hate it, to start a new season knowing that Hamburg will get bashed again by Bremen (as usual)? ;)

Özil don't like him either, just don't and don't know why. I hear is could be off to England!! Well Bremen with it's smaller resources and fanbase constantly punches above it's weight. A well run club. Hamburg is the complete opposite, they manage to cock up everything and perenially underachieve. The board have been atrocious over many years. Maybe, but you know Hamburg will eventually knock you off your arrogant perch it's inevitable. ;)

I want to see Ozil play, I've heard big things about him so I really am looking forward to watching Germany. Who is Ozil similar to? I've heard him compared to Diego?

Well supporting England really wasn't a choice I'm stuck with them being English!!!!

It could have been worse -I could have been German. Maybe I'd have seen my team win occassionaly but nobody would like me ;)

I wouldn't compare him with Diego. He is a much better teamplayer. Actually it's hard for me to compare him with someone, because of his huge versatility.

It compensates a lot and you get used to it, even start to enjoy it. You should know it, beeing english shouldn't be so different, except the fact that your team couldn't win occassionaly and is incapable of shooting penalties! ;)

well indeed if penalties happen we are screwed :)

lampard has missed loads of penalties recently, Rooney and Gerrard are the only 2 in the squad i would put money on scoring a penalty. :)

at least you lot can shoot penalties well.

i think the semis will be England Brazil and then 2 from spain/germany/holland. I think thats how the draw will make it happen anyway.

Assuming England, Holland and Brazil all win their groups, they're on the same side of the draw.
