If I'm told anything then I'm not an eyewitness :) If somebody says he heard from IDF that Mavi Marmara opened the fire first then what? Will it be something worth mentioning as you do in this case? Or will it be israeli propaganda? Liars can be (and probably are) on both sides.

Yep, plastic bullets. When the url contains eyewitness accounts gunfire and you write eyewitnesses say that the IDF fired first, then attacked with >10 boats and helicopters - I expect real gunfire and not plastic bullets... Sorry, it's biased...

When the israelis release the illegally detained passengers of the ships we will get a better report of what happened.

Besides, even if the IDF used water-filled balloons as ammunition, it was still a highly illegal act to use military vessels to attack neutral civilian ships in international waters.

That's not so clear... The "humanitarians" admitted they don't intend to respect blockade which made them valid target from my interpretation of the legal text. Illegaly detained passengers? Well that's your word. Israeli definitely claims, they are detained legally.

Guys nobody has enough information - we have only short and edited video by Israel and only several testimonies from the other side. Let's wait few more days before expressing our judgments here...

I'm the first to admit that I don't know enough of laws and of the enitre situation in Israel/Palestina to give torough arguments for my case. Let's wait for the liberation of the civilians that were on the boat. Because right now, we only have the version of the Israeli. Maybe we could then know what really happened on these ships.
