In his country, it's actual very simple. The political parties form a government, and shortly thereafter that government falls. Then they make a new government, and shortly thereafter that government falls as well. Then they make a new government, etc.. etc..

Hey, we only had ( federal ) elections three years ago, not that short ;-) But we have 5 other governments too you know, so you should be more specific ;-) And officially, we have 10 institutions making laws for us:

- Federal Government ( Belgium )
- Flemish Community ( Flanders )
- French Community ( Wallonia without East Cantons )
- German-speaking Community ( East Cantons )
- Common Community Commission ( Brussels )
- Flemish Community Commission ( Brussels )
- French Community Commission ( Brussels )
- Flemish Region ( Flanders )
- Walloon Region ( Wallonia )
- Brussels-Capital Region ( Brussels )

And if you understand that: Stop lying! ;-)

are they at least with seperate things they make laws for? So half of them only make rules about what ingredients can be used in beer and the other half makes rules about how short women skirts can be?
