Fasicm, WWII and death of millions of people were the cosequences of unfair Versailles treaties (like Trianon Treaty in 1920). You can celebrate it, but please accept other opinions.
At the time of signing Trianon Treaty 890 000 Hungarians lived on the Slovak territories. Up to the census 2001 only 520 000 remained. The others were mostly deported, sent to work camps or killed. Now Slovaks do not kill Hungarians, but the aim (to eliminate the Hungarian minority) have not changed. Its new way: assimilation.
On the basis of a new Slovak law Hungarians can be punished for using their native language in Slovakia.
"Freedom" seems to be relative.

For those who are really interested in the complex situation, watch some of these docu's. And if you don't know the complex situation, this is a good way to learn :)
Unfortunatly a lot of comment is in Dutch, but large parts of many docu's are also in English, Hebrew and probably also some Arabic. So still good to watch if you don't understand Dutch.

Tried as I might I cannot watch an hour of video in languages that I don't understand.
But I did jump sporadically. I saw for example how kids would like to do sports accross the borders.
I also saw an Israeli guy who wants to get rid of the walls.
That would be great. However the statistics clearly show that the ratio between suicide bombs beofre and after completeing the walls is mathematically impossible, because of division by zero.
So I guess we'll keep them for a while hoping for better times.
The main message there is that the people want to live in peace. That is desirable.
Most Israelies support peace, I hope that palestinians can reach majority as well.

Most of Israel is free from this threat. and besides... the area under threat is really a boring part of the country (ohad lives there, that explains much!). It's equal to having Cornwall in trouble... the rest is still great.
Breaking news: The Rachel Corrie has been taken over by the IDF navy. Despite the agreement between the Irish and Israeli government the activists wanted only to create a scene. No casualties, no fuss since no resistance was offered, thus no wounded or casualties. The materials will be screened and transported by land to Gaza.

My opinion is formed by info from all sides. Yes I hate zionists, I made that very clear. And not only zionists but every extremist. But because of my interest in religion and by that ofcourse also Israel (you can't get around it) I watch as many docu's as possible to gain more info.
I will give you a good example. God is for me as true as unicorns. But all around the world people are at war because of their god, or gods. I could have closed my eyes and keep shouting it's all bullshit OR I start a biblestudy (already busy for 1.5 years, ±2 hours a week) to learn more and even give them a chance to change me. But the more I learn the more I'm sure it's not true (my person opinion). What I gained by this all is that I now know not only 1 side of the story but also the other side and I can use info from both sides in discussions.
If your absolutely sure of your truth no info can change that so you can watch it all, right?
And I'm not here to discusse this situation any longer, it can only make me angry :) I only posted this docu's to give people more info who are interested. More info is more knowledge (in this case). So see for yourself, I don't care if you don't want to learn more and stay ignorant.
