Subject: Standing long jump
Can almost dunk and can`t jump more than 1.99 ? Maybe yout PA teacher didn`t taught right technique, so... call Vilpu, master PA teacher, he will show you how to do it !
Well this is a sport where height is especially crucial. We did this for military to see if we are fit.
I think I only managed about 2 meters while being one of the best of my birthyear in sprint and 12 min run. I am 172 cm small.

I guess that with some training I could pull out 2,6-2,7 metres, emphasise on guess :P
Those records are just sick, would like to see live someone doing 3,5 :)

I am 193cm tall, I weigh about 96kg right now. Haven`t actually done that before, although I remember about 2 years ago in the army I jumped bit more than 2.5m. I am sure I can do better right now. I can dunk basketball easily though, and will be better in autumn, when I lose about 6-7kg. I´ll be flying then.
:)
:)
Jumped 2,5m today with zero training :D
187cm tall and weight 82 kg.. so probably it is not bad :D

I've jumped 2,65m this year, though my personal record was 2,8m...

i could easily jump 50metres .. from bridge
You supose to survive ;)
2,6m after the third try this time. Fun to try again, long time ago. I can get a bit futher, close to 3m I think.

Hm, I don't think you have to survive, but you have to stand it. That could be crucial after a 50 m fall.
