my belly is litle bit fat, i wanna buy, cos at work I can used, during the PC works
it's ok doing it when you're working but I'd do some fat burning activity after work, even 1h of footing 2-3 time at week should be ok.

@all: indoubtly the "real" sport activity is the best thing that you can do to define nice muscle form, but not everyone can do it. if you have health problems with your back and if you start to screw your abdominals you'll end up it hospital in 5 seconds.

no no no no no no no dont EVER use them.
Yes they work! Of course they do! Why wouldnt they - they send an electric shock through your stomach and amazingly your muscles tense up.
I had one during my boredom living down south. I think i managed to last a week before it got binned. It was never a funny experience when you accidenally turn the control the wrong way - you can hardly move while it zaps your stomach to death.
Do it the simple, old fashioned way - get down on your back and shift yer lazy ass.

if you put you head into a hot microwave oven you could die too... if you use the microwave oven properly nothing bad will happen.

once again - if you have back disease the electrical shock will seem nothing compared with the pain that you'll feel "shifting your lazy ass"

problem is that i have no time
50 situps before you go to bed and when you get up is nothing.. basically keep doing em till you feel the burn.. you will slowly be able to do more and then get a decent 6 pack going

I hope you haven`t already bought it, because it´s useless. Don`t think everybody in world would use it if it really would work? Get yourself a 6-pack while watching TV, as easy as that. If you want to get a 6-pack then you need to get rid of that extra fat you have on your stomach. How to do that? It´s about 50% nutrition (a decent diet), 49% aerobic excercises and 1% excercises for your abdominalis. As you can see you mainily have to "workout" in kitchen. If that´s wrong, then you can excercise as much as you wish, but it won`t help. I have done nutrition plans for people, not many yet, but they have worked. And don`t think working on your 6-pack in daily basis would help. Doing such excercises 3-4 times per week is more than enough. About 3-4 excercises, 3 sets 10-20 reps in each.

Depends how you do that. If you don`t use any support for your ankles, then it´s good. I consider regular sit-ups to be one of the last abdominalis excercises you should do.

Aye, crunches did the job. They begin to burn much earlier than sit-ups though.
The best way to get fit is to eat less cal then you burn. And eat more in morning, not in evening, because you will burn cals during the day, but eating at evening it is going to increase your fat percentage. And if it is done, then comes sport. Running is probably the best way, but when you have health problems, it may be opposite way. More soft is swimming and cycling.
Eating in the evening will increase my fat percentage?! rofl
Well, I don`t mean it directly, but eating very late, you won`t burn those cals and they will be transfered to as fat. So Vilpu if you want to get your weight down from 96 kg, stop eating 5-6 hours before you go to bed...
Are you serious? I go to bet at 23.00, so I can`t eat after six? Wrong wrong...
I am sure I couldn`t sleep if I would do that. Have you seen a nutrition plan made by a professional. I have and I have done them. People lose weight and everything goes well accordring to my plans and they eat even between 21-22. I am not going to give an overview, because it would take me hours to write it. But as a little conclusion I can say that in the evening if you wan to lose weight you should eat more proteins, healthy fats and less carbs. Carbs are important here. Besides you should eat at least 4-6 times a day to keep your metabolism going and fast. I am 100% I know about this subject much more than you and rest of the people in this community.
The end.

that wont help you.
getting ripped abs is probably the hardest part of muscle definition training.
if we consider you to be somewhere near good shape, there are 3 things you'll need to do in order to have visible 6 pack :
first and most important is diet. you can't eat 2 kilos of ice cream and lots of fat rich foot and hope to have abs, unless you are very young (under 18)
second is cardio training. jogging is good, also stepper and nordic ski machine.
and third ofcourse are the excercises for stomach. atleast 200 daily. probably the best for you would be to start with all stomach(upper, middle, lower and side part), then after 10 days separate them and do 100-150 daily for each part.
30-45 days of intensive training you should be able to start seeing some results.
if you are older (30+) it will take you little longer and if you are overweight, then just stick to diet and cardio excercises till you get to some lower weight.

sure, eating is good around 21-22 if you go to bed around 23-00
ofcourse you don't eat porkchops or some other heavy food. some yoghurt with fruit is very nice to do before going to bed.

A) I eat about as twice as much as all of my friends, but some are 3-4 stone heavier. Metabolism rules :P
B) The Wii Fit doesn't really count, as my friend seems to think :P
C) 2 Hours of Rugby
3 Hours + of Judo
8-10 Hours of football.
50 Situps (Morning and Night)
75+ Pushups (Morning and Night)
50-100 Ab Crunches (Morning and Night)
5 Hours of Jogging or so a week.
Is what it takes to counter fatty foods effectively :)
