A) I eat about as twice as much as all of my friends, but some are 3-4 stone heavier. Metabolism rules :P

B) The Wii Fit doesn't really count, as my friend seems to think :P

C) 2 Hours of Rugby
3 Hours + of Judo
8-10 Hours of football.
50 Situps (Morning and Night)
75+ Pushups (Morning and Night)
50-100 Ab Crunches (Morning and Night)
5 Hours of Jogging or so a week.

Is what it takes to counter fatty foods effectively :)

ofcourse you don't eat porkchops or some other heavy food. some yoghurt with fruit is very nice to do before going to bed.

Yoghurt and fruits are probably not the best choice. Depends on a youghurt though, some are ...my english fails me here..grr..tasteless, it means low carbs. usually yoghurts have so called fast carbs which raise your insluin in blood, which controls fat burn.

how old are you?

it works till you are still young and have enough time(no job, no girfriend/wife) so you can to numerous sport activities.

in time your metabolism will get slower + you will start to have less time to do sports and more time to sit on your ass working or studying. it's much better to develop healthy food habbits while you are young cause when you get to around 26-27 you wont even know what happend, just one day your old clothes will look like they belonged once to some other person :)

i drink only that superugly yoghurt wit extremly low fat percentage. was hard in the beggining when i switched from nice tasty milk to that crap, but nowdays i find myself actually liking it :)))
2010-06-10 14:13:14
yeah, i miss fresh full cream milk sometimes :(

The reason why people don`t lose weight is not in fats, they just eat too much carbs. Carbs are not bad nor evil, just you have to pick the right ones on the right time.

Have a nice gym training.

sure, thats true. me, for instance, used to be vegetarian for 5 years. got almost 20kg during that period because of bread, pastas and all other dough related stuff. just got to the gym, biceps day, one of my favourite gym-days. pump pump

Well, almost everything we eat consist of carbs, and eat less carbs mean almost just eat less. So better choice would be to choose between proteins and fat, prefer foods that protein precentage is higher and fat percentage lower.

Going to run.

I eat like a pig and drink at least a beer daily...and have a perfect body and soul

Useless things. My mother had 1. Just sport, much better. Go swimming or something.

And watch "Brainiac: Science Abuse" to see what funny things you can (or better can't) do with this thing :P
2010-06-10 16:00:12
hmm.. the reason i put on a bit of weight is because my livers metabolism isnt as fast as the rest of me :P

annoying to deal with..beginning to be worrying, but can get back to normal over the summer :)

i renamed the topic, because this last title wasn't precise enough :)

would be nice if some of us would write our training routine + something about diets, tips-tricks :)

It doesnt work.
That was said to me by a doctor. she said the muscles are so deep at that area the electricity wont help.
Even if it did work it wont help you, you need to have less than 10% body fat for you to have an 6-8 packs.
Last thing before I go, if it does work it could help you shed some of that fat by having more muscles that needs more energy to sustain them selves. But as I said it doesnt work, dont spend good money on it

It may actually work your abs, but if you have a layer of fat over them, it won't make any eye difference.
My body fat percentage is about 8.5 and I'm struggling to maintain that 8 pack.
The lower abs especially are a pain in the #ss. :@

well, my own experience says that it works.

I'm 1.65 tall, my weight is about 55kg and I regularly pratice sport but I never managed to see such a nice muscle form that I had after 1 week of stimulator.

I forgot - you'll feel the real pain when you stimulate lymph nodes with it trying to fight the cellulite. my friend is going to graduate in medicine and she showed my the points where I should apply electrodes. you'll see all Saints in paradise while this staff is working but lymph drainage is very efficient.
