What is protechnology.org ?
A company involved in video techniques having some lobbying interests to see its technology applied "officially" ?
No need to vote for such evidences...

personally i think soccer should be like tennis where the manager or captain of the team can ask for the game to be stopped once during a game to check a decision.
if they are correct they keep their ability to check a further decision - until they are incorrect.
but i like the uncertainty at the moment. sure its unfair etc.. but at the end of the day it will bite back. karma. what goes around comes around. look at france ^^

Karma is just atheist people missing god to much.
It is just a tool to replace god, hey look you cant do what ever you like because you will get punished.

FIFA is a weird organization and I am not sure what the hell is wrong with them not to use good technology to stop stupid mistakes like those judges did.
Half of the people who are in charged of deciding if these tech's will be used are from England, therefore maybe they will change their minds now

France is a lucky thing that happened and you can use as an example now ;)
And karma? I always thought the game was about rules and fair play. But now there is a higher power that decides the winner? Strange ..
The coach of my favourite team uses a same kind of ridiculous example: sometimes it's in your favour, sometimes it's not but at the end it will be about the same ... nonsense of course! A mistake in a match you're already winning with 5-0, ok. But what about Ireland, England, Mexico ...? Or loosing the cupfinale or champions league?
PS. if you're right about the higher power. The higher power loves Ghana more than the US and Argentina more than Mexico :D. Both matches all 22 players were praying for help but only 11 really got the help ;P

Van Gaal thanks Blatter for Bayern´s cup win
Bayern Munich coach Louis van Gaal on Wednesday thanked FIFA chief Sepp Blatter, and his refusal to introduce video technology, for helping his side secure a 2-1 German Cup win over Werder Bremen.
Bremen were left fuming on Tuesday after referee Michael Weiner disallowed a headed goal by Sebastian Proedl in the 60th minute, claiming the Austrian defender had earlier shoved Bayern defender Holger Badstuber.
Had the goal stood, Bremen would have taken a 2-1 lead at Bayern’s Allianz Arena. Van Gaal caused a minor sensation when he later remarked that Proedl’s goal was “completely valid”, and would have been proven as such by a simple video replay.
“I am very pleased that Mr Blatter has not yet made a certain technology available to assist referees,” said the Dutchman.
In the end, the match was decided by a wonder goal from Germany star Bastian Schweinsteiger in the 75th minute, but Bremen were annoyed by the disallowed goal.
“It’s a disaster to not have given the goal, it was a clear mistake (by the referee),” said Bremen coach Klaus Allofs.
“If football is to be refereed like that then there is no point playing as there won’t be any battles for possession between players.”
Despite several clear examples of incorrect refereeing decisions, based on video replays, at the World Cup, FIFA president Blatter has repeatedly refused to allow technology into the game, claiming mistakes are part of football.
Proposals are being studied by football’s rulemakers, the International FA Board (IFAB), on how to introduce goal-line technology.

if they are correct they keep their ability to check a further decision - until they are incorrect.
But you can cheat in some way so:
Team A(TA) is leading in 1 goal against Team B(TB), TB are makikng big pressure and TA is really tired. TA will take a video "brake" so they can rest for 2-3 minutes.

That doesn't matter, then they have spend 1 possibility to use the 'hawkeye'. If teams have 3 possibilities to use 'hawkeye' every match, a team can use them to gain some minutes rest but they loose 1 'hawkeye' everytime they use it wrong. So when a team has 0 'hawkeyes' left and a ref makes a mistake they can't ask for the 'hawkeye' again.
In my opinion the mere possiblity to have a video proof in a critical situation would lead to more fairness in the game because anything that the players do could be checked on video a minute later.
That would result in less diving, less early running into the box on penalties etc and maybe even in better referees too because they don't want to have themselves checked by the players every 5 minutes.
