Subject: Tour de France 2010

we are on the flat boring races ;)
Cav is an absolute train, shame Renshaw got kicked off the tour, pretty poor decision in my eyes, the garmin rider was trying to cut him off so he freed himself from going into the barrier, going across Farrar was a bit silly, but thats not what he was pulled for.
No doubt that banning Renshaw from the Tour was a good decision imo.

Renshaw remember me Zidane ^^ Red card for him, it's normal

Come on, there was no danger for Renshaw to end in the barrier. You can't allow the movements he did in the sprint at 60 km/h... It's too dangerous for the rest of the bunch and Renshaw surely will know he was wrong. It would be great he would just admit that after seeing the images. The movement to block Farrar was really poor. unworthy for a sportsman and cavendish didn't need it to win.

there clearly was a danger of him going into the barriers, Deans had already moved him from the centre of the road to within 2 metres of the barrier and Deans was still heading across Renshaw, the movement to block Farrar was poor, but exactly the same as what Deans did to him.
I don't know if you watch cycling a lot ( I do ), but what Dean does, happens all the time in sprints.
Exit Farrar

have missed the tour because there have been other fights.

For me that they had not missed the race

:(
and does the person they cut off just stop riding all the time?

Come on lets al be serious, there are no excuses if someone uses his head to bang it to someone elses body . Good desicion to ban Renshaw !

Sure it's a good decision. Where we go if we admit those behaviours? Sprint is hard for all cyclists but it's not a reason to beat others
No, they just keep riding, he had enough place, they are cyclists, so he should be able to handle his bike well. There was just no other solution than banning Renshaw.
but the other guy would have just kept heading him into the barrier, so no :)
all the commentators ive heard (brits, aussies, irish and yanks) have said that its part and parcel of sprint racing and they should just get on with it.

Its not like they banned the 2 guys that actually had a fist fight after the race, so they cant say that there clamping down on violence.
