I doubt Germans will support the Netherlands. Don't know how this is changed in the last decades in Germany. In the Netherlands many still won't support the Germans.

For many people I know it's a nice rivalry but not a real hate. But to older Dutch it can be real hate against Germany.

EDIT: Neighbors doesn't mean friends, like Greece ;)
