I'm not a specialit on this matter, so I might be wrong, but as far as I know Jewish believers are told to think only about the wellness and prosperity of Israel, that's in their religion...possibly that was one of the causes why Hitler was anti-Jewish. He also had some personal problems with Jews in his early life as far as I remember.

wrong and wrong

Religion based? He killed Jews because of their race right? Not because of their religion? I mean, I guess there were maybe even some ethnic Jewish atheists that were killed.

Or was his hate against the Jews religiously inspired? Is that what you mean?

And where did I write that Hitler 'invented' antisemitism?

Antisemitism of Nazi-Germany

I was writing about this particular antisemitism.

@VivaChe
If I'm wrong, then please correct me instead of writing 'wrong'

:)

You are going off-topic and spamming.

The antisemitsim of the nazi's was the same (same arguments) as before... so there was no "particular" antisemtism there. The only difference was the efficient way to deal with it...
2010-07-11 16:10:08
Not really, antisemitism did evolve during the centuries.
2010-07-11 16:18:07
And here we are again.

A topic to honor the people that died in a horrible war.....ending up in a discussion about religion.

Nope, the only evolving thing was the kind of accuses, but on the baseline there was not much difference. the only thing what changed were the exact accuses, it depended on what scare people of that era... But for example, the killing of babies is an accuse that was used in the medieval times, but also in the 20th centurie. No more plaqueaccuse indeed, but now worlddomination because of the globalisation.

/edit: But I always listen to La S. so i wil discuss it no further :)

So it is changing, and that's what I was talking about. The 'reasons' of hatred. :)

@La Sombra
