The 'conversion rate' for 'dog years' is 7 (assuming this is correct.)
Now, if you say someone becomes 70 in dog years, that means 10 human years. Conversely, if someone would become 50 in human years, that would be 350 in dog years.

Dog years are always 'bigger' than human years. Otherwise the dogs would barely make 2nd year in most cases. It does not work both ways. They simply age much faster, hence they become 'older' sooner.

As I said read that paragraph, both are used, really a non issue.
Seems more simple to age the dogs by "our" days IMO.
When you ask someone how old is your dog he won't bother to convert it and will just say 4-5-6 years or whatever.

I'm actually losing weight in those months and then BOOM, stews, soups, pies, homemade bread and whatnot in other three get me back to normal xD
Doesn't really matter. The main thing is that most kinds of fast food aren't really nutritious and your body is in a way 'aging' faster.
It's like with the people who eat only vegetables and fruits. They're usually slim, but that doesn't mean they're healthy.

I know, I'm joking about "living on it" part, I'm mixing it up, admittedly should be less kebab/pizza/etc. in there but nothing too bad.
Proper pizza is not that bad, kebab is often better than things that people prepare at home.
