They are left wing. Just like Tony Blair was.

(Just for people who don't get the sarcasm - Tories are rightwing and Blair was a Labour leader who was rightwing in his actions)

I lived in a socialist country, you didn't.

After that news about his cancer there was shown video later where he was on some car racing as driver :). And dont forget about more Europe "war criminals" who are in Jail no matter of their health problems. We should have same opinion/attitude for everybody, there is no place for excuses :)
Rubinho, we all know that that war was started because of oil and other economics reasons. But everybody (also you) were talking just about changing system in Lybia by war for freedom, democracy and so....

This one step of first independent acts of new government is first step to show us that there will be just economy changes after war and just very little changes in system :(

It is just first act so they have chance to show us that they will be better as Quaddafi was and Europe really helped them by war, but if you are reading news about problems in various groups in new potentional government you can start doubt about it too.

If my worry became truth then there is just one reason for war - economics purposes so EU was not liberating Lybia but attacker.

this is EU freedom and democracy :-DD
2011-09-06 23:58:30
this are only a shadow of freedom and democracy

freedom and democracy need some requirements you won't find nowhere.
(free and indipendent production and distribution ofnews, water, sanity, school
right to work and to feel sure
proportional electoral system
and so on...)

democracy is still never being seen in this wordl, what we call democracy is similar to the democracy you OWN when you play with one of civiliziation game serie..

We in Finland hope and pray that Gaddafi will return and claim the back the power in Libya that is rightfully his.
2011-09-07 04:56:11
welcome to the world

He has right to do this but it is not possible. I think Quaddafi will start some "terrorist" actions in close future, which is his right too (as last way for revenge to EU aggresion).
2011-09-07 08:44:30
hopefully most of Finland people are smarter than that...
Kaddafi has absolutely no right to claim any power, he got power by military takeover.

We in Finland

I think you mean 'you in Finland'. Calling yourself 'we' is a form of megalomania and you should ask help for that ;)
2011-09-07 10:32:22
EU aggression could be legit or not, the only future that Quaddafi deserves is the same as Saddam Hussein.

You really think I am the only one in Finland against US/EU aggression against sovereign independent country, that should fight its own civil wars.

'We' in Britain despise the EU.
'We' dont want to be involved in Libya, or anywhere else.
But 'we' do support freedom & democracy. Not that we really fully get it here.
2011-09-07 11:54:00
I didn't say that. I said that referring yourself as 'we' is a form of megalomania as you can't say 'we as country' when you only give your personal opinion. You can only say 'I, and probably others...', but never 'we' as in everyone ;)
