so if EU leave them alone, they can have peacefull normal life till now ... with better social benefits than my country has... so why was war needed there ???? War for nothing (except some economy reasons)

RIP. Such a terrible lost :(

This is how Slovakia cried when Demitra played his last match in national team just a few months ago. Who could have thought it had a deeper meaning? :(

awfull scene at crashsite....

@rumpil, I did not understand you right than the first time.
Ofcourse there is hidden agenda and other motivations, but not as you predict..EU is not a monster that seeks for destruction or gain; We damn pay for all liberations without getting anything back, no promisses made...
Schepel's reaction was true in my opinion.
towards oil ; europe needs oil and gas, so either has to be friends with Arab countries...wich they've tried to be for last 4 decades..or go with Russia as a trusted partner...
russia is more stable but cannot be trusted is my opinion..
Arabs countries could be our best deal....but europe should invest in alternative energy quickly and big time...but they do not..

For the very last time, Libya never had anything like the social benefits as claimed by the former government. Furthermore, in case you hadn't quite noticed, people were abducted, tortured and killed. Not just a few, either.

Last, but not least, people do not revolt if they are happy. Do not forget it was and remains a revolt, sustained by the people of Libya. They did the hard work. The bombing didn't start the revolt, it only helped it along. Before you say it, no, the EU could NEVER have gotten as many to revolt if life in Libya was so great as you'd like to claim.

1. Riots are also in London, so this is really not reason for war :-) or can we help England by starting war :-) ??
2. Riots in Libya was not natural, imho... it was planned action - my opinion.
3. Somebody here also wrote that EU has nothing from Libya and pay for libertation :-). This is really joke :-) Customers for strategic resources and lucrative contracts are now knocking on Libya's gate :-)
(russia and chine is out)
4. Libya same as Iraq need strong leader with army power. Because it is unstable region full of small but strong groups who like wars and fighting or has religion or other historical reasons for fighting. The point is if there can be a stable region with such a government, region where people have work or maybe right to go out from country, right for own business and so. And Lybia has this, or not ?
As I wrote, social benefits there were better than in Slovakia :-). Is this enough ?
5. if you are talking about riots, what about riots against EU attacks and for Quaddafii ? Or all this riots are made by Quaddafia secret police or what :-D ??

If you want to see that you have truth, you will have always truth, I can understand this.

Did the London rioters want to change the government, and did the government kill hundreds of protesting people? If the answer is yes, then there should be a war in England too.
But you know that it's not the same.
2011-09-08 15:38:48
Well, both answers are no, soo...

I would advise you to use your common sense. Conspiracy theories are all fun and games, but at some point you really need to return to the real world where you won't get tens of thousands to face lethal violence without a damn good reason. Also, I'd like you to note there is a huge difference between riots and revolts. Just like there is a difference between rubber bullets and lead ones.

As I wrote, social benefits there were better than in Slovakia :-). Is this enough ?

Are you really that naïve or what?

people like Rumpil think they can get away with statements like "Hitler was a great statesmen as under his command No Jew ever was on welfare or was without a job."
It is so full of crap but technically you can speak like it and say it is correct.
This blinded view is common amongst communists and socialist...and all western people should unerstand and comprehend that teir freedom and independence was not send from socialism or communism, but from kapitalism.
