yeah Stalin and Mao were also very stable..the numbers of people they killed were persistent .
It is not hard to see that most violent turnovers, revolutions as you wish, are (partly) motivated with socialist ideology....there is promiss in the air that " everything will become more honest and better shared.
Poor people think that they will than recieve lots of goods and money(is that socialism motivation?)

ofcourse in the end, in each society those poor people will be the poor people...eventhe richest of societies had poor people, if they are not common, they will enter themselves from elsewhere...

so giving money to poor people is never helping them much.

People who think EU has a hidden agenda, are plain stupid.

"I just hate aggresion, truth based on power and missiles and violence."

Well, Khaddafi's truth was that: "if the people protest against us, we will kidnap them, torture them and shoot them". That seems to me aggression, truth based on power and shots and violence...

Odigo says workers were warned of attack

Odigo, the instant messaging service, says that two of its workers received messages two hours before the Twin Towers attack on September 11 predicting the attack would happen, and the company has been cooperating with Israeli and American law enforcement, including the FBI, in trying to find the original sender of the message predicting the attack.

Micha Macover, CEO of the company, said the two workers received the messages and immediately after the terror attack informed the company's management, which immediately contacted the Israeli security services, which brought in the FBI.

I find this comment in african news - comment.

Nato's madate for the mission ends sept 27th,so they will do everything they can to try to destroy Gadhafi and his family before that day comes.Obama broke the US constitution and it's War Powers act by attacking Libya.I'm an American I am so upset with what Obama has done by destroying your beautiful country,it's land and it's people with bombs.Nato used what happened in Eygpt to aid that group in benghazi who has always wanted to take over the country.Nato never asked what the majority of Libyans wanted, and didn't care. They have killed thousands of innocent people. What they did was commit an act of war on your country,I don't care how they word it,that's what it is! Gadhafi had every right to protect the people of his country.I hope he can over come this bullying from these supposedly great nations that our ganging up on Libya.I listened in the rebels chatrooms at the start and they said either libyans are with them or they die.My thoughts are with you all...

It is good to hear, that also in US are people who dont like aggression, But I think a lot of people here will tell that this is not written by American man, or that the men must be mad :-)

and this is good too, but this is more fun :-DDD

Quaddaffi speach:

These rats and armed scum; are examples of their grandfathers. Each one of them is a clone and a mock-up of traitor-ship, they aren’t Libyan, ask about any of those that are backed by NATO; that destroys Libyan infrastructure and kills Libyan children; you’ll find that his grandfather and his dad were traitors. They carry the genes of traitors.

Rumpil. You claim we are all blind, but you take Gaddafi and his word as gospel and ignore media proof that Gaddafi committed war crimes on his people. They weren't traitors. They weren't Al-Qaedan terrorists. They weren't rowdy teenagers looking to steal stuff. These people wanted to have a system of Government like the West, as Tunisia and Egypt had achieved. And he killed them. He bombed them. Some Libyan pilots just flew away instead of bombing their own people. Why? Because it was wrong!

mmmm...

are nato countries bombing and killing libyian civilians? yes, almost daily. colateral damage it's called in that case

is libian opposition doing massive war crimes on part of libya they "liberated"? according to amnesty international sure thing. they are raping like horny teenagers and in spare time doing some racial motivated killings of black population

are libyan civilian drowning in mediteran see while trying to flee libya and all that time nato warships are chillin and looking cool and not giving them a hand, while clearly being on humanitarian missio? sir, yes sir

bottom line here is:
you have one bad guy that doesn't want to share his "ball" with older stronger boys and is playing football alone on one goal
you have second guy, that is bad too, but is willing to share his ball

bad guy 1 (being gadaffi here) is stronger than guy2 (being opposition).

and you have stronger boys(nato) that wanna play football and are strong enough to kick guy1 out of the pitch.

action plain and simple, stronger guys back bad-guy2 and kick bad-guy1s ass.

as i said, i back neither side here, and what i don't like are spectators.
you can be a spectator that will say "ok, they kicked his ass, he was bad, 2nd guy is bad, but atleast we get to watch a cool fight with some football and maybe we can play with the ball (oil) too"

and there is that 2nd type which is the type that i see is very common in euro-hypocrisy-union "oh, no.. they didn't beat the 1st guy up because of the ball. no sir! when they kick his ass, they will go to the shop and buy balls for all of us and later act like waterboys. and that 2nd guy, he ain't that bad, he's sweet like sugar. i heard he helps old ladies cross the street"

i couldn't give less damn about some mongo action in some country other than mine, although i already had experience with nato bombing their way to peace and democracy in my country but please call it a real name

it's not humanitarian action to help people of libya, it's military action to take one of the richest oil countries with big phosphate reserves and in the meanwhile one totalitarian regime will be replaced with 2nd (probably some puppet government)

sad thing is that people seem to forget how those things turned out in past. korea, afghanistan in late 70s, iran...

ubelievable this crap coming out of peope who have obviouslyt too much freetimereading nonsens oin the internet. They think it is interesting to have a poitn of view that is not supported by any proof?
And, as allways the point they are trying to make and trying to get accros are all fundamentally leftwing socialist ideals...
Tha tis however exactly where iran and korea and afghaistan went wrong , at least went wrong or the people who were surpressed by the lftwing dictators...
in Iran fi the socialists joined the mula's in the revolution to overthrow the much more westernly Sjah government....thinking that that would be a cool alliance...
Well people, I an tell you, all socialists were killed, or sent to prison, an are now living in our countires or are dead in iran. to bad, th eislamist are not to be trusted. Funny almost how leftwing europe is screaming for attention from islam, tolerating all their intolerace and telling off the rightfull rightwing people tha tthey are xenofobic racist people...! funny or not so funny.
Is there freedom in iran? Or are people killed and molested, are people enforced to be muslim, are they building nuclear weapens..are they supporting international terorism...
if you do not want to see the truth, why discuss any further....
or was ira-iran war ofcourse set up by Israel and the USA! all these muslims were innocent...Sadam was innocent, the yall are..but fr some jews in israel and ofcourse Bush...
yeah sure... I can tell you; if you blieve that kind of crap you can probaly, most likely not hold up your own pants ro..you are seriously mental...but hey...in europe that seems to be a pre.

America on high alert after threats from Al-Qaeda, 2 terrorists arrested in Berlin, 1 locked up for life here, 2 more found guilty and awaiting sentence and another awaiting the verdict. And a terrorist supporting group promising to 'demonstrate' outside the US embassy and celebrate the 9/11 attacks once again. Also one in Aus, who was wanted by police for being a terrorist, shot them and got away with it because 'he was scared'.

There are some days i wish i was a deluded lefty and could tolerate all this crap.

What is your resource ? Are you sure that your information are 100%true ? Or we are talking just about whitch news are we reading?
2011-09-10 00:13:13
I like the videos, the news sources and interviews of pilots (and members of his cabinet), also video, describing why they'd defected from Gaddafis regime. Anyway, my point was, that's why Nato stepped in. Afterwards, wars are never happy, and NATO is like a big overfriendly labrador - comes in with the best of intentions but knocks your tea over with their tail.
2011-09-10 00:14:50
comes in with the best of intentions

just lol :D there is nothing like best intentions, it just about what is the best for each own interests

Like schepel has said, they gain no advantage financially from the new unstable regime. The media worked up such a frenzy iver the African uprising, when Libya were denied that, NATO stepped up - my god the media would have gone nuts if we stood by and watched. And when Syria had the same issue, NATO were being attacked by the media for intervening in libya.

just lol :D there is nothing like best intentions, it just about what is the best for each own interests

Only if you realy cannot understand it yourself can you speak so stupidly.
Look who's talking.
