What do you not understand of no? Has nothing to do with being a big man, but you can think that if you want, is ok by me.

my answers :-) But maybe more of us can answer on this question :-)

What are my views on the wars?
What are my views on America?
What are my views on muslims?

1. I hate it.

2. Rich and powerful nation, father of democracy and with UK also father of capitalism. Nice history. But last 20 years it is on very bad way, everything nice what they made is their government destroying. Role of world cop bring them a lot of enemies. Their war history in past 50 years in very ugly, history will not be talking nice about this episode of US history.

3. I think that now it is stronger religion than Christianity (not bigger). There is a lot of radicals who like fighting but most of them are normal people. I think that their faith is stronger than faith of Christians and EU will change itself with them - and this will lead to big instability in EU :-( (but it will be not just their fault, just fact....).

Hope that helps :)

A little bit, but you are not answering most of my questions about the mission statement from EDL, and why one can easily argue with that mission statement.

a)No, homophobia is not acceptable anywhere Homophobia was just an example. But why is the EDL not calling this out clearly?

b)This does not say anything about the conflict in the EDL mission statement.

c) One is still able to ask for non halal food. Wether that is on the menu or not is a different question. So you already have the choice to ask for it.( And take your business elsewhere if it is not available)

d) Yes, apperantly the EDL does distinguish between Muslims and non Muslims if it comes to warning for the dangers of Sharia law. Eventhough it opposes the same distinction if made by sariah law...
Isn't the real and foremost danger from Sharia for Muslims themselves?

e)Again, why does the EDL not clearly speak out against other ideologies (like left wing anarchist, right wing conservative christians) in their mission statement?

Well stop replying with stupid hateful comments that dont ask any questions, dont make a point and no nothing but try to insult. You have made no points and havent tried to. You'd be better if you just shut up and allowed people to discuss the issue, who want to do so. You've shown again with that comment that you just cant leave it...

a) We do, but like I said before, the only place where this is openly rife and clear to see is with the muslim communities in certain areas, especially the East end of London, where they have been many attacks on people, just for being gay. Some gay rights groups also protest this issue in the area, some dont. Homophobia is already being challenged everywhere else, but not so here, because people dont want to be called racist. One gay man went on the anti-EDL demo last week and was homophobically abused and threatened with attacks by muslims. The East London Mosque regularly hosts extremely homophobic hate preachers, some say this is freedom of speech, I say this is wrong.

b) It does really, it just depends on individual interpretation of 'effective freedom of speech'. Certain people should have protection. The ideologies and groups not so. I.e, it's not right to criticise muslims, but okay to criticise islam. Not right to criticise soldiers, but okay to criticise the army as a whole and those who sent them. Unless of course individuals do something that should single them out for criticism. Again as an example, its wrong to criticise a muslim for being a muslim, but okay to criticise a muslim who wants to commit terrorism. Not okay to criticise a soldier for being a soldier, but okay to criticise a solder who purposely shoots an innocent. Should be better defined really on there, but thats just how i took it from what had been said previously by people.

c) True, i do not particularly care about the halal issue, but i dont see it as right, that foods popular with non-muslims should be taken away to appease muslims. Muslims wouldnt have to eat the non-halal food, so it shouldnt be a problem for me to want to eat bacon or sausage, it doesnt impact on their life, so why should mine be affected? If that makes sense.

d) I suppose it presumes that muslims already do know about sharia law? Muslims are the ones most at risk by sharia and is the reason why many sought refuge in the UK, to get away from it. Although some poll results show an alarming popularity of sharia amongst young muslim men, but then it is a bigger danger to women and muslims who do not want to live a 'normal' muslim life. We have extremists calling for sharia here and threatening to enforce it with their own 'sharia police' in certain areas, which is worrying given the poll results. This could be solved, like many of the issues to do with extremism, if the moderate muslims spoke out and challenged them, which is starting to happen.

e) Because it's a single issue group, set up because they saw that noone was tackling the serious issues with islamic extremism. There are other single issue groups out there that tackle other stuff, but nothing for islamic extremism & now there is. It's quite well known that we dont like the left-wing anarchists and the violence and devastation they cause, it's not in the mission statement, but it's something EDL supporters oppose anyway, just like the IRA. Right wing christians like in America, arent really a problem here, so that's not an issue that needs addressing.

independent.co.uk - Turkey says warships will escort Gaza convoys
Turkey has said its warships will escort future convoys attempting to run the Israeli naval blockade of Gaza, a move that raises the risk of a naval confrontation.

presstv.com - Turkey F-16s can now hit Israel targets
Turkey has developed a new system for its US-made F-16 fighter jets that will allow them for the first time to fire at Israeli targets, a report says.

rferl.org - Turkey Tells Arab League Recognizing Palestinian State 'An Obligation' (GREAT!! :))
The failure of Israel to meet Ankara's demands for an apology over the killings, compensation for the families of those killed, and the lifting of the Gaza blockade has seen a collapse in bilateral relations.
"This cause is not only the cause of Palestinians, it is the cause of all the states who care for law and humanity."

This could all be avoided and all that was needed was an apology to Turkey, but israel refuses to do that. Why not you ask, well, I found 1 of the answers, and maybe even THE answer ...
haaretz.com - Thou shalt not be a freier
Don't be a freier' (sucker, looser) is practically the 11th commandment of the Israeli. Does the freier ideology really influence Israeli policies related to peace and war? It appears so.

And what about the peace process with the Palestinians, could that also be influenced by this? I think I know the answer ...

And this is the most important date for the new independent state of Palestine:
irishtimes.com - Time for a Palestinian state?
ON SEPTEMBER 20th, President Mahmoud Abbas will make a formal application for United Nations membership for the state of Palestine.
We have been told by Israel and others it is somehow inappropriate for us to take our case for statehood to the UN, but it is hard to imagine a more relevant matter for the UN to act upon, considering the UN charter enshrines the principles of self-determination and respect for nations’ sovereignty.

good news ;-)

lol, there you again, proving me right all the time. This thread would be a mess if everyone just commented on each story saying that they dont want to discuss it. You obviously dont understand what 'discussion' means. As for monologues, the dialogues i've been having with others, actually discussing it, shows how much of a dick you are. I do understand what no means, i just thought i'd give a second chance to not come across like an ignorant idiot, but nope. Big Charles likes to be an ignorant idiot doesnt he? Are you going to reply again, despite the constant spamming of this thread with pointless insulting comments that dont even try to discuss. Thats why i suggested going over SK, so other people who wanted to discuss, could discuss, rude people who want to do nothing but insult, can do it away from the public forum. I even thought with everyone else not watching, you might be willing to discuss and not be so embarrassed that you were wrong.

Feel sorry for you friend. So much anger and hate inside you. It's saddening.

http://undhimmi.com/2011/04/22/red-cross-admits-there-is-no-humanitarian-crisis-in-gaza/ Red Cross - 'There is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza'

I wish the Palestinian terrorists and arab states that surround Israel would stop attacking it. All of this news of yours is about arab nations wanting to attack Israel and innocent people, including many arabs who live their in freedom. It's not right. It's sad you support and condone wars.

At the end of this year, the resigning prime minister (for over 500 days resigning now) will resign ... He will actually leave for a job at the OECD. The prime minister of the caretaker government resigns :p

good news ;-)

Absolutely, a few decades to late, but ok, turning back time is impossible ....

Only downside of it all is that a country forcing itself in complete isolation of the region, with a nuclear arsenal, can become really dangerous.

presstv.ir - UN experts: Gaza blockade illegal
Israel's blockade of the Gaza Strip is a violation of international law and amounts to collective punishment of the people of Gaza, a panel of UN experts says.

Ofcourse this first report was completely nonsense and had nothing to do with international law but was all politics:
The so-called Palmer Report on the Israeli attack of May 2010 that killed nine Turkish activists also ruled that Israeli Defence Forces had used “excessive” force but “did not violate the international law” and held both Israel and the Gaza Freedom Flotilla activists responsible for the violence.

And Lieberman also had something to say about the independent state of Palestine (you know, the 'men' who said to drown thousands of Palestinian prisoners in the Dead Sea:
presstv.ir - Israel warns PA of harsh consequences
Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has warned of what he calls harsh consequences if the Palestinian Authority goes ahead with its plan to seek UN membership as an independent state.
