1)It cant pass unless would US adopt completely different stand towards Israel than in last 60 years.
2)It would help nothing in Palestinian case, than propagandam realy. The best what Palestine shall achieve is new round of negotiations with Israel and they know it.

1. It can pass if arab states give loans to USA, money are the best tool for persuade :).

1)Not realy, US invested and investing to Israel too much and in same way bribing all arab dictatorships to stay at least moderate. US is quite designer of ME and Israel is key player in this puzzle.
Watch out Turkey though. Recent agressive diplomatic steps (againist Cyprus and Israel) and trying ally with Egypt signalise that they resigned on EU and would like more influence ME. When is Turkey NATO and Israel not, this shall be quite problem in future. But its not realy case now and Tukrey will not wholeheartedly support independence of Pallis because own Kurdsh resistance.
2)Do you think that Kosovo deserves own state? Its failed state which completely depends on abroad. The Palestine is much worse case, terrorists and population here live somewhat in symbiosis. The creation of Palestine will more fuel their desire than appease them. Its like giving independence to Sudeten Germans in 30´s and expect that everything will be fine.

2) No, I dont. I dont agree with that :-). But current status is maybe just temporary. Joining to Albania or own state is going to be, or dont ? (I am not talking that in next 5 years.... but in future)
Just because status is temporary, U dont know what will be with Kosovo. From Kosovo point of view final target will be Great Albania wich is supported US, most countries of EU and of course albanian drug mafia.
But U forgot the fact that Serbia have rights on its own territiry(Kosovo) wich is support by UN resolution 1244. States that backup Serbia in its rights and will never recognize Kosovo as independent are Russia, China, Brasil, India...and most of half world states.
So, i think it will be long run, and there is some other solutions for Kosovo. Not just joinjng Albania.
