And how do you define state revenue? Government revenue for Slovakia is higher , as far as I know.

normal state budget.... taxes or income vs. expenditures.

Interesting, here is the overview from the EU statisics buro, there government revenue is higher:
(But this counts social contriburion and revenue from lower governments. In general this is considered to be a more accurate reflection of the actual revenue for a government of a country.)

It is maybe balance of payments, but you muse use state budget where is state revenue, for sure :-)
