You know when you ask to be part of EU that you'll have to give up some sovereignty. That's how we created the EU. If you don't want that, just stay out of EU. You can still apply for Schengen Area etc. But of course, if you want to be part of Schengen Area, you'll have to apply the European POV on migration. Europe will be strong or will not be.
Preventing a country to pursue their own policies on certain matter when the country agrees with the restrictions, is not a crime.

So weak countries are just toys in hands of more powerful countries. It is not about pure good interest, it is just war game, isnt it?
3/5 world countries dont recognize Kosovo as independent. So,are U sure that all of this statas have same problems just like Serbia with its province and thats way they dont do it?

Sometimes they want to show some sence of humor. For exemple if they agree with the independence of Kosovo and then deney the independence of the serbian part of Kosovo. :-)

Thats because Romans ruled over your teritory so long and U eccepted this name.Now there is no Latins over there and the name is remain. In my country main population is Serbs and we will never accepte Kosovo outside of Serbia and name is still serbian name of this province.
As long as Kosovo has no chair in UN, NT on Sokker or other sports , it will never be uotside of Serbia. Never :)
