your western EU (you like it so much) is now like eastern EU - it is ill, with bad decision not good for EU (as eastern EU was at the past).
Eastern countries need free market rules, they like it and are making important reforms, western EU is just going to the hell because every politicians just need his chair and dont care his country.

No, I said the Serbs conquered Kosovo the last time in 1912, that year, the Serbs got Kosovo for the last time (I mean that the Ottomans didn't reconquer Kosovo) back from the Ottomans (before, Kosovo was often switched). So your comparison with Belgium is wrong. Belgium unfortunately is independent since 1830.

In Kosovo live just serbians and albanians, so west try to make Kosovo independent is just funny act. Independent Kosovo would be something same as Albanian state is, but Albanians have their own state for years, so why new one ?

Yes, but it is bit different. They have austia-hungary monarchy for years and they just remain on the map after end of monarchy. But Kosovo case is about creating new not important state which is here just because of spreading albanian population to neighbour state Serbia.

I will ask you, ...there was and is a lot of Germans in Czech, part "Suddety". After WW2 german anexed it because there live Germans. Was it ok ?

So the Austrians have the right to have their own state because of history? Talk about a sucky reason. The Albanian Kosovans have been living there for quite a time, no? I believe they are a majority there for over at least a century. So yes, I do think they have the right on their own state. You can just give the Serbs a minority right.

Sudetenland. It was not annexed after WW2, it was annexed before WW2. Just after Austria I think.
