Here is an example how a simmilar situation looks in a civilised country that does not require international interventions: Quebec referendum.
So, only 0,5% decided to stay within Canada and there is no violence, no terrorism, no hate speech, no negativities whatsoever outside a regular democratic process. And life goes on the same as it would have gone if 1% more decided to go independent.
Imagine now an independence referendum in Kosovo. What would be the results? Somewhere around 90-95% for independence. That speaks enough for itself and that's the only thing that matters really. Otherwise you have a whole region with 90% of population that doesn't support its country.
Anyway, you will both be in EU in 20 years and then it will matter even less which country you really live in. Of course, if the international community won't have to put a barbed wire around you in the meantime.

It is for the matter of the example. Of course I took something with a bit of historical relevance. It makes more sense to state that, than to come up with the example that Estonia claims a part of Serbia. Point is that putting this in the constitution only states your intentions and nothing more. The representation of such a claim can never be an argument in itself. It is a form of circular reasoning.

I will reply only to this question as all other things are complete nonsense.
Personally, I would acknowledge to every region of the world their right for self-determination. I would just make it very demanding in terms of numbers. Independence referendum is a historical event and it would have to achieve a minimum 3/4 turnout and there would need to be minimum 2/3 of voters for independance. That way you would always need to have at least 50,01% of registered voters who actively want independence.
