Yeh indeed, also because from now on it's only news when Belgium gets a gouverment ;P

no, they have 2 separate ones.
Wallonia: 1 territory, 2 languages => 2 'gemeenschappen', 1 'gewest' => 3 governments
Flanders: 1 territory, 1 language => 1 governrment

In the flemisch government there are parlementarian who only have juridiction on the votes applying to brussels. I thought wallonia had a similar arrangement for their parlementarians who only have jurisdiction on the french part. Wait... damn, I'm even more confused now.

We have 10 governments and that's without the municipalities and the provinces

And that's for only 11M people
