And not all of my post was meant just for you, it was also an overall comment to those who posted on the last few pages but 'are wearing blinkers' (as we would call it in Dutch). I have deliberately tried to leave the word 'you' out of my post as much as possible when it was an overall comment.

Alexander the Great and the ancient Macedonians were Greeks, only Greeks have the right to identify themselves as Macedonians.

So, how is this different from what I posted?
I'm not saying FYROM is the heir of Ancient Macedonia. But neither are all the greek people, only those with macedonian family ties or living in the area that used to be Macedonia.
But that does not mean all greek people are macedonians. :)
