Why wouldn't I be concerned? The NATO HQ is in Brussels, the same goes for EU HQ and the EU is a partner of the US.
And for some reason Brussels is only 65 km away from my home

Spaniard has new middle-right government.... I suppose good for economy but people will have to used for new not so good life standards... let's wish them lucky and "willpower".

I wish it happened in Poland, our ruling party is on paper a liberal one, but in fact we have socialists and semi-socialists economy-wise in our government.

There is one part that had a chance to get to the government and has fully neoliberal approach towards economy, the problem is that the main leader is a terrible douchebag, has woeful ideas in things other than economy and, what is worst, he keeps saying what he thinks.

For example he said that retarded children shouldn't take part in PE lessons with 'normal' children because it kills the sense of rivalry. He also said that he loves women, wants best for them...and because of that he would make them 'stay in the kitchen' and would take their voting rights because that would be for the best of them and the society.

True lunatic.

ed: also, for my likings he is too far right in economics. I'm against social benefits, public health system etc. but you CAN'T suddenly take all social benefits and privatise the health sector because it would mean some people unable to keep on living at all.

I don't understand what you mean.

When ever something happens in the Middle-East, regardless of the topic, someone always blames the situation on Israel and/or the Settlements, even if it is completely unrelated.
Also, when it's time to condem Israel for whatever fabricated atrocities it has committed, there are numerous threads opened up (not just in this forum) while when people die like flies in other countries, by awful regimes, no one cares...

I was just showing my support for hypocricy :)
