There is a slight difference though. Whale population would easily go extinct without protection. Moreover, would be a lot harder to stimulate once reduced to a small population (slow breeding process etc..). And, cannot be bred in captivity.

Therefor, since it's such a unique species, i would not allow hunting. For whatever purposes.

Sorry but this behaviour belongs to human nature thus it is totally human... And the aim to fish some whales is only to make profit nothing else... And they tried with a fishing rod but it is ot easy to get in the whale into the boat...

now think about it, if they kept the kettle in the box it would look nicer right, not so inhumane bla bla bla. However animal would go through even worse, because he would remain alive longer. When its released and tires to move, brain dies much faster so in that perspective is better to do it this way...

and dont tell me there are btter ways to kill something... Have you ever seen a chicken being killed? It runs around with a chopped head of for some time as well, so the only way to kill an animal instantly would be to shoot it... but that would be way too expensive...

and those fishermen were using gun to kill that whale, so its much closer to humane behaviour than you think it i. Or would you prefer that they would try to catch them with nets, where whale could be stuck for days, would that be humane?


you can all talk shit with your bellies full of meat, I bet every single one one you would eat that whale or cow when it was still alive if you were starving. (a bit on a side note, watch film "The experiment", which analyses human behaviour and moral standards very well)
