You're kidding, right? You're saying that coreeans have free will and they choose whatever they want to do?
no.
I say you can ALWAYs chose!
It is nothing so strange in my mind, something obvious..
(I think people read those post finding in it something I never wrote..)
no.

Then you always have a choice, but not a free choice. And let that be the kind of choice that is important.
Yes, but there are really "free choices"?
The point is, as always, how much freedom you have in choosing!
An absolut freedom does not exist!
So freedom can be misured in:
-the information you have to make choices
-the gravity of consequences you'll have

Indeed.
An absolut freedom does not exist!
Of course.
I have for instance a free choice in elections. I can choose parties that are against the current political system. Without any punishment or reward if I chose a certain party. That is impossible in North Korea. I can say out loud that I want the Belgian state to disappear. I don't think you'd be able to say that about North Korea in North Korea.

at the end we're sayng similar things.
I want only to demonstrate that freedom is always a question of how much.
Obviously in N.Korean is less, in Italy more, maybe belgium even more..
but no one is completely free and nobody without choices.

Of course nobody is completely free. That would require anarchy.
And I don't think Belgium is such a free country. We have severe anti-discrimination laws (I am against discrimination, but I'm against the current discrimination laws too). We cannot deny the Holocaust due to a law (I would never deny the Holocaust (would be a stupid thing to do), but I believe one shouldn't be forbidden to deny it).

no way, complete freedom is a abstract concept, it does'nt exist!

I agree with you.
(sometimes I think stupid people needs stupid laws, but in the end with stupid laws you'll never get better!)

Allright, if you look at this way, i agree, you can always choose. Go with the flow and suck it up, or stand against them and probably end in a concentracion/work camp and finish in a mass grave. Complete freedom is relative, true.
Of course nobody is completely free. That would require anarchy.
Plz do not say it as if it is a bad thing :-)
Plz do not say it as if it is a bad thing :-)
Anarchy is only possible in an idealized world (and in that case would be the best possible system for society). Someone who believes it's a good thing for human kind, is a pot-smoking hippie ;-)
The difference between me and that pot smoking hippie is that I do not believe in a realisation of such an ideal world, but that I certainly can agree by some of the ideals they believe in ..
I can agree with some ideas of anarchy too, but I still consider anarchy as non-desirable for human kind.
Me too, but only because of men's nature to think about the preservation of him/herself.
Then you know why I say anarchy is a bad thing for human kind.
for me anarchy is somethin different then anarchism .. The first is an "idea - fix" that will hopefully never happen, the second my personal 'set of values'.
I do know that there are types of anarchism that aren't chaos (some people seem to think anarchism is the desire for chaos or chaos itself).
