again the utopy on your theory, they should..

If they don't, people are evil and don't deserve any better system than a system without charity.
people are evil ofc , understunding evil as " i dont care of someone who has hungry if not from my family" , p e

so thats why state wealth system is needed

To be rich is not necessarily not deserved. And we're back at the start again. You say rich people owe their wealth to the state. I say they don't. This discussion is pointless.

But it's not an opinion, without state no police, no money, no richness at all.
I wonder how you can say the opposite.
This discussion is pointless you're right.
If you get jealous of people who are rich, that is your own fault. Don't blame the rich for being rich.

It was not a question of jealousy i want to mean, but as another person said, we are all humans and your system could not exist because you remove all the feelings...
The problem i evoked is a vicious circle... When you are rich, you can offer what you want, when you are poor... No, that's ok... But some needs could be more precious than others : water, health, education accesses. Then, if you can't reach them, the system could easily reach a revolution and in this system, the gap between the rich and the poor could be more and more important due to freedom of market... A rich can control more and more a market (working incomes for instance). There is not too much problem when talking about current consumption (relied to comfort) but with fundamental goods, there could become a great "tension" (i don't find how to tranlate well and as you know some french maybe you'll understand what i meant) between rich and poor. Rich can also control more security with fear (do'nt forget what is an human being : the survival instinct are always very alive) and thus, everything could become wrong with a big control of richer face to poor like communism... Just because the money is relied to power and not freedom as in your utopia.

Over the line... finally: After all the controversy, goal-line technology is signed off in historic day for football
PUBLISHED: 16:43 GMT, 5 July 2012 | UPDATED: 17:12 GMT, 5 July 2012

Goal-line technology has finally been approved and will soon be introduced to the Barclays Premier League and beyond.

After a long list of controversies - including Frank Lampard's 'goal' against Germany at the 2010 World Cup - the game is ready for change.

The International FA Board (IFAB) gave the go-ahead to both the Hawk-Eye and the GoalRef systems at a meeting in Zurich.

The Club World Cup in Tokyo involving Chelsea will be the first event where the technology will be introduced. Technology could be introduced into the Premier League as soon as the new year.

So, what are the two systems that will be used?

HAWK-EYE
A camera-based system developed by the British company Hawkeye, which was bought last year by Japanese corporation Sony and which already has systems used by tennis and cricket.

Six or seven high-speed cameras at both ends of the stadium, mounted on the roof, track the ball in flight and a computer system calculates exactly where the ball is on the pitch, sending an electronic message to a watch-like receiver worn by the match officials when it crosses the line.

The only issue is whether the Hawk-Eye cameras would work in the very rare instance of the ball being completely covered by the keeper's body.

FIFA have insisted that the pictures will not be shown on TV or stadium screens after any controversial incident, with only the officials being alerted whether the ball crossed the line.

GOALREF
A joint Danish-German system, GoalRef uses magnetic fields to detect whether the ball has crossed the line. Three magnetic strips are placed inside the outer lining of the ball, between the bladder and the outer casing, and when the ball crosses the line these are detected by sensors inside the goalposts and crossbar.

The sensors send out electronic waves which are disrupted when the ball crosses the line, and a computer then sends a message to the match officials' watch receivers in less than a second.

Installation costs should be lower than Hawk-Eye but still significant. There remains possible issues over deals with manufacturers to allow the magnetic strips inside their balls, but GoalRef have already been in contact with the manufacturers.

21% IVA Spain...
2012-07-11 15:27:03
VAT has been 21% for a very long time in Belgium, nothing special.
...

+3% of products to pay more for costumers.

Having about a bugdet of 2000 € per month in Spain --> 24 000 € of incomes...

Depenses will become +720 € in one year...

Indeed, nothing special... I hope you really avoid one day to be really hungry in your all life...

Two remarks:
- not all income is going to products with maximum VAT
- not all income is being spent
True but im' talking about a budget with no debt nor benefit.

That's true that not all product are relied to max VAT but we have also to consider the augmentation of prices (oil, gas, food) naturally with market...
The 'natural' inflation has nothing to do with the rise of VAT. 21% of VAT is nothing special in Europe. That's my point.
Im' ok with the fact that it has nothing to do with inflation but it ha some repercussions on smaller family budget also, as the VAT rise has too.

don't talk about the level of VAT but about the rise of this who will have impact on smaller budget as VAT is supported by costumers and not by companies.

Not true. VAT has consequences for both customers and producers, even if it is said that customers pay the VAT (which is true). VAT has a price-effect, but there are other (negative) effects for producers.
