A number of arguments. First of all this is a long term 2 states solution, without the need to travel through israel to get from 1 place of Palestine to another, and the UN can easily keep you guys apart because of that demilitarized zone. Another argument is that israel will be the farthest away from the countries which cause israel the most problem, most probably it's better to be next to Egypt and Joran as Lebanon and Syria. Another argument is that both can have Jeruzalem as capital, but also under UN control. Also an argument is that no more US vetos are needed to block help for Palestine, everyone is free to help who ever they want. Also no more death because the war(s) and when a war starts the UN can interfer as it's between 2 states and not some form of internal affair. And probably there are more good arguments why this could work in favor of both sides.

And the reason for that border is because of Jeruzalem so that can become the capital of both states, Tel-Aviv will stay with israel as the financial centre, the largest part of West Bank is within the new Palestine state, both have about half the coastline, and both can use half of the Dead Sea for tourism for example.

I do realize it's unrealistic, but not at all a cynical comment. Yes many people have to be moved to get a solution like this to work, but after that all current problems are solved. The international community has to support both countries with a lot of money to rebuild both countries, but only for a relative short time (specially compared to the decades the current problems already last) and after that both can build their own country as they want it to be. You will finally be released from each other.

This is not just a logical paradox, it also shows that your knowledge and understanding of the problem is shallow and cynical.

Today we can see a bold evidence about how muslims repect international community's assitance with peace keeping by attacking their facilities near El-Arish. Or how they respect international rules all over the world by attacking western embassies.

Did I also read here that we don't have to defend ourselves? Would you tolerate such raids in your countries?

And if we're on the news already - can you, people from Europe and other rational parts of the world, explain the link between that stupid film (done by an Egyptian Coptic Christian) and attackes on international embassies?

I dont understand last your question about film and me.
That film is simple stupid propaganda made for one goal, raise hate in arab world.
That what happen with US ambasador is just prove that nobody in Libya will think about this reason of film creation, they just hate US which is ridiculous cos US "help and save them".

All the main wars since the 1940 in the middle east were started by the arabic sides.
The UN resolution was not accepted by the arabic side.
and so on

Israel is defending their citizens, the arabic sides are NOT prosecuting the terrorists attacking Israel, so someone has to stop them.
and so on

Israel did do mistakes, as well as the arabs around them.
But israel is objectively speaking the only democratic country (without major religious influences) in this area. And that is a beautiful thing. They have done a lot of mistakes, but they are under attacks for 50 years and have to face their own radical religious problems, that is also a major part to the mistakes.

Very predictable.
You prefer this propaganda over other propaganda or even plain information.

The video brings false information, clearly omits validated and formal facts, puts several things out of contex, and twists the truth.

I don't intend to consume other members' patience but I could go through the video and show you the lies, disinformation, provocations and manipulations.
Of course, I admit that there are disturbing things that are on Israel's blame, which I do not approve. But I would be willing to do it with people that do not set their minds and select the details and truths according to their convenience.

And you should give up if that's the goal of your posts to me, it is really an impossible mission. You are indoctrinated your whole life, in even the smallest things, so you simply can't tell me the whole honest story as you really believe it's not how it is. For example not understanding that different laws and punishments for different people in the same country is the same as apartheid. Where you stop being critical (lookin at your posts) is where you should start being critical. But most probably this is impossible as I already wrote. Example: people who grow up in extreme religious families, communities, etc, will also almost never let go of this believe as it is imprinted to well, whatever the opposite part tells them. They will never be as open-minded as those who are not indoctrinated their whole life. Ofcourse they can change a little, but almost always only within and maybe a tiny bit outside that imprinted limits.

A last thing I can say about this is, just start wondering why someone like me and many like me, who have absolutely nothing to win with my stand of views and I, who grown up in a pro-israel country (yes the Netherlands is, just remember the 10 points with the Eurovision Song Contest politics during the 80's and 90's and maybe even before, and also many zionist politicians), is that critical and opposed to how israel is behaving at the moment. But the moment I write this down I'm wondering myself: why should you? ... in a war the enemy almost never cares about the other side and vise versa. The moment that happens, it becomes possibly the war really can end.

No you don't. You don't live where the news happens, you live on the good side of the wall. If someone living in Hollywood or another good save place tells you he/she knows how it to live in a poor, unsave ghetto because their city has ghettos, you will laugh at that person. But you are saying exactly the same thing, but then all of the sudden it does make sense.

And you have more first hand information as I have? I think you see as much of the other side of the wall as I do and how they really have to live, or maybe even less because you don't want to believe/see what really happens. Just the same as that example I used above about the ghettos.

Anyway, you can't convince me just as I can't convince you. The only pitty is that you have a vote in your hand to make things change, I don't.
